Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Free, Australia-wide, on all MTB products. No minimum spend, no sneaky surcharges. Tasmania and remote areas included.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 5–20 business days, depending on where you are. Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth) are usually on the faster end. Regional and remote takes a bit longer — that's just Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're Aussie-owned and Aussie-only for now. Sorry team across the ditch.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?

30 days from delivery. The part needs to be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. If it's been on a bike, we can't take it back.

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you the return address and a quick form to fill out. Once we receive the part and check it over, we refund within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the part is faulty, wrong, or damaged in transit — we cover return postage. If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping is on you.

What if my part arrives damaged or faulty?

Take a photo of the damage and the packaging, email us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away. No mucking about.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Easiest way is to return the original and place a new order. Refund hits your account before the new order ships, so you're not out of pocket twice.

Product & Fitment

Will this part fit my bike?

Each product page lists the key specs — clamp diameter, axle standard, bar diameter, etc. If you're not sure, email us with your bike model and year and we'll tell you straight up whether it'll fit.

What clamp diameter are your stems and bars?

All our stems and handlebars are 31.8mm — the modern MTB standard. If you've got an older 25.4mm setup, these won't fit without an adapter.

Are your pedals reversible / two-sided?

The ENLEE flat pedals are concave platform style with replaceable pins. Standard 9/16" thread, fits any modern MTB crank.

What grip diameter do your lock-ons use?

Standard 22.2mm bar diameter, lock-on collars at both ends. Universal MTB fit.

Do your brake pads fit my brakes?

The Bucklos B01S pads are designed for Shimano-style 2-piston callipers (Deore, SLX, XT, XTR M615/M785/M8000/M9000 generations and equivalents). Check the pad shape on your current set before ordering.

Is everything new?

Yes. Every part is brand new, sealed in original packaging. We don't sell seconds, used, or refurbished gear.

Warranty

Do your parts come with a warranty?

Yes. All Chunky Monke parts come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. This covers manufacturing faults — not crash damage, wear and tear, or improper installation.

How do I claim warranty?

Email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a quick description of what happened. We'll assess and either replace the part or refund you.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Everything's processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

Do you offer Afterpay or Zip?

Not yet. We keep prices low by avoiding the BNPL fees. If that changes, we'll announce it.

Is my payment info safe?

We never see or store your card details. All payments are handled by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Apple/Google Pay — bank-grade encryption end to end.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Your order confirmation email is a valid tax invoice with our ABN. If you need a separate invoice for business records, email us.
